Steven Senz
CEO (CISSP/CISA/ISSMP/CRISC)
Prior to starting ASCERTIS Solutions, Steven Senz was a key advisor to the federal government for cyber-security and cloud migration. He has presented to multiple Federal and Commercial forums on cyber security issues dealing with privacy and e-mail fraud. From 2006, Steve consulted to the intelligence community and participated in multiple working groups as the community migrated to an environment where information sharing between agencies was considered essential for situational awareness. Steven has assisted numerous ISSMs in accrediting federal information systems and environments, to assure that classified information is properly protected and transmitted in digital and hardcopy forms. Steven holds a Master’s degree from Cornell University and the University of Michigan, as well as numerous security certifications from (ISC)2, ISACA and George Washington University.
Bryce Senz
CTO
Bryce Senz holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He worked in credit analytics and business strategy at Capital One for several years before moving on to start his lead a consumer finance startup. He has been in the startup space ever since, primarily focused on leading engineering and new product development efforts.

Philip George
Senior Cyber Analyst (CISSP/MCP)
Philip George is a seasoned cybersecurity professional, IT specialist, and program director with over 17 years of experience in the field covering both federal government and private sector arenas. He has a B.S. in computer information systems as well as CISSP, MCP, and A+ certifications. His specialties include a range of operational and technical topics covering defensive and offensive cyberspace concepts. He has designed operational systems for deployment into contested cyber environments, hosted multidisciplinary cyber training summits, participated in international cybersecurity forums, and established talent pipelines with cyber centers of excellence. Philip has delivered highly technical threat briefings for corporate clients and executive federal leadership. He has received numerous awards for his dedication and diligence in the area of IT and cyber security. Most recently he was awarded the Secretary Honors award for directly supporting international cybersecurity operations.
Collis Wood
Senior Cyber Analyst (CISSP/CEH/CISA)
Collis Woods has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from St. John’s University. He has held key cyber security positions for the Federal Government including Deputy Associate CIO for Cyber Security, Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Privacy Officer and Civil Liberties Officer. Collis has more than 16 years auditing security controls, implementing controls, testing for continuity of controls and providing oversight of controls for federal information system ranging from unclassified to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information/Special Access Program/Special Access Required (TS/SCI/SAP/SAR). He has word on the conversion of all IT services, including security, to the Amazon Cloud working with experienced representatives to ensure the security of intelligence data in a cloud environment. He is currently working to implement a workflow tool for SAP/SAR Programs and Projects as well as supporting conversions of Industrial Control Systems Operating Technologies and Information Technologies to current platforms.
Janet Reeves
Senior Program Manager (PMP/CSM)
Janet Reeves has a Master of Science in Information Technology and has spent over 20 years in the IT field as a Department of Defense contractor. She has served as the IT Director for small government contracting companies where she was responsible for the corporate IT Infrastructure, reducing the IT budget, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Janet is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She has provided project management support to the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps as well as FEMA and the State Department. As a Project Manager, she has held people accountable for their deliverables, kept schedules on track, and been a pro-active change agent.
Jeffrey Senter
System Architect
Jeffery Senter has a Master’s degree from George Washington University and been a Microsoft system architect for over 22 years. He has helped federal and commercial organization migrate from on premise application to cloud based environments including Office 365, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory. As a solutions architect for the Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence he created an AWS environment, worked with the development team to deploy SQL 2014 for the enterprise applications and helps other federal locations standardize their Linux configurations improve their security posture.
